The calculator
The calculator runs in your browser. The numbers you enter are used to produce your on-page estimate. You can use the calculator without giving any contact details.
When you submit the form
If you choose to request a backlog breakdown or a workflow plan, we collect the details you enter, such as your email and the information about your studio and backlog. We also attach context such as the page you submitted from, the calculator values you chose to send, referral information, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through. This is used to follow up with you manually and to understand which topics are in demand.
Analytics
On the live site we use standard analytics (Google Analytics 4 and PostHog) to understand which pages and features are used. Analytics are disabled on local and preview environments. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies in line with their own policies.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal details. We do not send automated marketing messages from this site. Nothing here is financial advice.
